Class dates are as follows: March 03, 05, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31, April 02, 07, 09, 14, 16

Please allow two weeks after the class is completed for testing.

Class times will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT CLASS INFORMATION:

• The required text for this class is "North Carolina Real Estate Today" Third Edition by Matt Davies and Kim Stotesbury, and an electronic copy is included in class tuition.
• Students will receive Kelly Allen's  Pre-Licensing course supplemental materials, practice quizzes, and prep exams.
• Students will have access to our online learning management system with all slides used during the course, math formulas, and worksheets
  

**CLASS INFORMATION WITH ZOOM LINK WILL BE SENT OUT BY 5PM THE BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS**

Class is synchronous online using Zoom. For online classes through Zoom you will need: broadband internet access, a working webcam/microphone, the ability to see the full screen and access the keyboard at the same time.

The Real Estate Broker Prelicense Course is an introductory-level real estate principles and practices course. The primary emphasis is on real estate brokerage law and practice. This course is required for persons desiring to qualify for the North Carolina real estate license examination and to obtain a real estate broker license.
