Class dates are as follows:   Oct 30, 31, and Nov 4, 6, 7, 13, 14, 18, 20, 21, 25 (NO CLASS Nov 26-29 due to Thanksgiving) Dec 2, 4, 5, 9, 11, 12, 16, 18

Please allow two weeks after the class is completed for testing.

Class times will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

IMPORTANT CLASS INFORMATION:

• The required text for this class is "North Carolina Real Estate Today" Third Edition by Matt Davies and Kim Stotesbury, and an electronic copy is included in class tuition.
• Students will receive Kelly Allen's  Pre-Licensing course supplemental materials, practice quizzes, and prep exams.
• Students will have access to our online learning management system with all slides used during the course, math formulas, and worksheets

**CLASS INFORMATION WITH ZOOM LINK WILL BE SENT OUT BY 5PM THE BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS**

Class is synchronous online using Zoom. For online classes through Zoom you will need: broadband internet access, a working webcam/microphone, the ability to see the full screen and access the keyboard at the same time.
